Certifications and standards
Like you, we’re about doing the job well. That’s why most products in the Buro range are manufactured to conform to stringent international standards, including:
· Australia/New Zealand Standard AS/NZ 4438: 1997
· American National Standard Institute (ANSI)
· The Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturers Association (BIFMA)
The Australasian Furnishing Research and Development Institute (AFRDI) is an independent not-for-profit technical organisation providing standards, testing, product certification and research for buyers and sellers of furniture. AFRDI Blue Tick certification is granted to suppliers whose products meet the required standard – in our case AS/NZS 4433:1997:2005 Height adjustable swivel chairs.
For more information, please visit the Furntech website http://www.furntech.org.au/

We care about our impact, which is why many of our products are GreenTag and GreenGaurd Certified.
Simply put, a GREENGUARD Certification ensures that a product has met some of the world’s most rigorous and comprehensive standards for low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into indoor air. Ensuring that the product is not only healthier for you but healthier for the environment.
Global GreenTag® is a third party, green building product rating and certification system, underpinned by rigorous scientific and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) processes. Global Green Tag is a Conformity Assessment Body (CAB) recognised by the Green Building Council of Australia and New Zealand.

Where can I test a Buro chair?
Our chairs can be found on display in Office Furniture stores around New Zealand and Australia. To find a supplier near you, visit our Where To Buy page.
How do I become a reseller of any Buro Seating brands?
How do I order Buro product?
In the case of becoming an official reseller, you will be appointed an Account Manager for your region. You can email your orders to them or directly to our Sales Support team. In the case of being an end user, please visit our where to buy page.
How do I return a product for repair?
We must be contacted prior to returning goods for a warranty claim and the claim needs to be supported by our invoice number. Our staff will then advise if the problem can be repaired on site or if the goods must be returned to us for repair. Return to base freight cost (Reseller to Buro/DAL) will be paid by us if we have given authority for the product return or have accepted the warranty.
I have a question about my account, who can I talk to?
Konfurb / ProEd / ErgoCare products: Please contact our Accounts Department.
Buro products: Please contact DAL Brands.
What is the Agent Area and how do I get a login?
We have a Konfurb/ProEd reseller only section on our website which holds any marketing material you may need to promote our range of chairs. To gain access, you must first be an approved Reseller and then your Account Manager can provide you with a login.
How do I assemble a new chair?
All chairs come with a printed Assembly Instruction sheet in the box. If for some reason this is missing, you can visit our Instructional Videos on our website and follow the step by step guide on assembly.
I cannot find my chair on your website
The chairs ranged on our website are our current range, however discontinued chairs may still be available on an indent basis. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.
Where can I get 3D files of your chairs?
You can download a zip file from the individual product page or log into the Agent area. We aim to always provide OBJ, SKP and DWG files for our ranged chairs.
