How do I become a reseller of any Buro Seating brands?
How do I order Buro product?
In the case of becoming an official reseller, you will be appointed an Account Manager for your region. You can email your orders to them or directly to our Sales Support team. In the case of being an end user, please visit our where to buy page.
How do I return a product for repair?
We must be contacted prior to returning goods for a warranty claim and the claim needs to be supported by our invoice number. Our staff will then advise if the problem can be repaired on site or if the goods must be returned to us for repair. Return to base freight cost (Reseller to Buro) will be paid by us if we have given authority for the product return or have accepted the warranty.

What is the Agent Area and how do I get a login?
We have an Agent only section on our website which holds any marketing material you may need to promote our range of chairs. To gain access, you must first be an approved Reseller and then your Account Manager can provide you with a login.
How do I assemble a new chair?
All chairs come with a printed Assembly Instruction sheet in the box. If for some reason this is missing, you can visit our Instructional Videos on our website and follow the step by step guide on assembly.
I cannot find my chair on your website
The chairs ranged on our website are our current range, however discontinued chairs may still be available on an indent basis. Please contact your Account Manager for more information.
Where can I get 3D files of your chairs?
You can download a zip file from the individual product page or log into the Agent area. We aim to always provide OBJ, SKP and DWG files for our ranged chairs.
